Ringo is a 5 year old Chihuahua Mix. His 3 brothers look more like Min. Pin. Mixes. The four of them came to us completely shut down. He and his brothers had been living in their owners backyard until their owner was evicted. Ringo and his brothers were scared of people and their spirits were crushed. It took their foster mom some time but they all recovered very well and are sweet dogs. Ringo is a real Chihuahua in terms of the need to be held. He melts into your arm, the minute you pick him up. Knowing where he came from, you just don't ever want to put him on the ground again. Ringo was very flea invested and his coat is recovering . Looking at his half naked ears and hairless tail, you just want to cuddle him up in a soft blanket and keep him safe. Ringo has lost a lot of teeth and his hind leg is a little wobbly. The vet told us that he must have had an injury, which never was treated. So, overall, you might think he is a special need dog, but really he hasn't got any special needs. He just needs to be with a person that loves him and sees beyond his little imperfections.
Ringo is current on his shots, neutered, house and crate trained. He is good with kids and other animals.
