Adopt Dennis

Male Labrador Retriever

About

Dennis is a male Lab Blend about a year old and weighs 23 pounds.  He and another dog were left in the backyard of a house after the family moved out.  He was given a place to reside by a good Samaritan, until a rescue could take them in.  Dennis is a very playful dog and adores other dogs and children.  He even gets along with cats. He is rather shy when he first meets you, but quickly warms up.  He is housebroken and will kennel at night, but it isn't his favorite place to sleep.  He will walk on a leash, but still needs to learn he is not walking you.  He would make a great family dog with children to play with.  Dennis is microchipped, heartworm negative, neutered, and up to date on all shots.  If interested in adopting or if you would like to meet Dennis, please submit an application from poquitapawsrescue.org.  Adoption fee is $150.
