Adopt Molly

Female Retriever (Unknown Type)

About

So, this cute teenage dog has caught your eye...great! Keep in mind that adolescent dogs need consistent guidance, supervision and training in order to learn good manners and impulse control. Daily mental and physical stimulation are a necessity for a happy dog and owner. Teenagers often test limits, so it's important you set clear boundaries and expectations from day one. They are usually eager to learn, so training classes are highly recommended. Daily positive reinforcement of appropriate behaviors is important as well. Just remember, all your hard work and patience will pay off, and will help your teenager become a well-adjusted and well-mannered member of the family.
