About Hank II
Handsome Hank! He is a 4 year old Rottweiler mix, who found himself in the shelter after being hit by a car. Luckily for him, he is on the road to recovery in a loving foster home.
Despite Hank’s healing injury, he still gets around just fine and walks well on leash. He crates in his kennel with no problem, and primarily likes to lay around and be near his humans. He is fond of all the other household pets he has met in his current foster home, including the cats! His play time is limited while he heals, but he enjoys the company of the other canines in the home very much. Hank is pretty smart – he responds when you call him, and is learning other basic commands. He thoroughly enjoys chomping on his nyla-bones, too.
Hank has a beautiful shiny black coat with brown accents around his paws and belly, and cute floppy ears to round out his appearance. When he pants, he has the most unique black spot right in the middle of his tongue! It's really quite adorable…
Hank is a friendly, happy and carefree guy, despite the setbacks in his life. He is the perfect houseguest and doesn’t jump on people or climb on furniture. He will do well in a household as a single dog, or part of any pack!
All in all, Hank is an all-around winner! Don’t hesitate, apply to adopt him today!
