Sassy, her brother and their mama Gracie was adopted together about a year ago, and spoiled rotten but sadly their family got orders to go out of the country and they were returned. She is so loving, just wants to play and cuddle, she is a beautiful Blue Russian mix, soft and fluffy and gets along with everyone.
Adopt one cat/kitten and get a 2nd one for half fee. Felines do better in pairs or even more than two. Some of our kitties are bonded pairs and will need to go together to their purrrfect home. Of course if you only want to adopt one then we also have kitties who can be adopted alone.
We start all of our adoptions with a one week sleepover, so you know everything there is to know before finalizing the adoption.
Adoption Fees for Cats and Kittens: $50 for one and $75 for two
This includes vetting, UTD Vaccinations and spay or neuter
We ask that you fill out an adoption application before you meet our animals. You can download it here by copy and pasting the link into your browser: http://www.floridaurgentrescue.com/adopt

Florida Urgent Rescue Inc
Our mission is to dramatically improve the lives of shelter and rescue animals, to assist in urgent rescue situations and to implement resources to help in the aid of these animals. We rescue from death row at high kill shelters and help them have happy lives in their furever homes.
Shelter Driving Directions
Please note: We are not a shelter. We do not have a kennel or facility that you can visit and see all the Animals. Each Animal is fostered in an individual home. So, you cannot come visit our animals until you have gone through the application and brief phone interview process and then we will schedule a meet and greet with the animal and their foster parents. Then the next step would be a 1 week sleepover, so before finalizing we can all make sure it's a perfect fit. We are all volunteers and do this in our spare time, we do not have set "hours" and we answer all calls and emails as quickly as we can. Thank you so much for your interest in our FUR Babies!

We require a written application, references and a home check prior to adoption. If you're interested in a foster-to-adopt, we are very flexible.
