MaleBeagle /Cocker Spaniel

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Squirt is an 11 pound Beagle mix, most likely with Cocker Spaniel. He has a beautiful lemon and white short coat that will not grow out long. He is 3 years old.

Squirt is the sweetest little boy that you will ever meet. Very shy and happy to just hang out inside the house with you. He is confused by at leash right now, although he definitely could be taught to walk on the leash. He might even enjoy walks! You never know until you try, right?

When he is taken outdoors, he wanders around just long enough to take care of his business and then stands in front of you waiting to be carried back inside the house. He does fabulous in a crate and is the happiest hanging out with his person.

He has been a joy to foster. A very easy little boy. Enjoys his food and has been sweet with everyone that he has met.

Shelter Description

We have been helping homeless animals since 1997. We are contacted by animal shelters for help in placing dogs that have been missed by the public for a variety of reasons. Other rescue partners that we have close contacts with, also contact us for assistance in helping dogs that they may not have room for. Last, but certainly not least, some folks just get in a bind and simply can not keep their dog any longer, for any number of reasons. If we feel we can help, we will.

We have wonderful volunteers and always welcome new additions to our rescue family.
