Say hello to Scruffer! As his name suggests, he’s a scruffy pup (a Terrier mix). He is a sweet and loving companion with an adorable underbite to boot! This guy is a delightful dog who absolutely loves belly rubs! Luckily for Scruffer, he currently lives with a toddler in his foster home who gives him plenty of scratches. He loves his friend, and lies next to her when it’s time for a nap or a good book.
Another great trait about Scruffer is that he is very well mannered! He is completely house-trained, calm, and gentle. He does not enjoy his crate, however, so he sleeps under his foster mom’s bed instead. Since he’s housebroken, his dislike for his crate hasn’t been an issue in his foster home – he roams freely with no issues! He also walks well on leash, not pulling or barking at strangers. Scruffer loves pal-ing around with his foster’s small dog as well, and they enjoy taking long walks together. In his downtime, Scruffer is happy to curling up on the couch.
If you think Scruffer is just as cute as we do (how can you deny that underbite?) then apply to adopt him today!
