Meet Willow, a Border/Aussie mix born on January 18, 2016. She is about 40 lbs and not only beautiful but super smart. She would love to find a home with a patient dog savvy person who understands her breed. Willow can be too smart for her own good and may find herself getting into mischief when she is bored, so she will need plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Border Collies are usually workaholics; They are happiest when they have a job to do, whether that job is herding, obedience, agility, or any of the other active occupations and dog sports they excel at. Willow would benefit in being in a home that can continue her socialization and offer her a JOB! She could be abit shy at first with people, and with patience (and yummy treats), she is quick to warm up and eager to please. This loyal girl may benefit from a calmer, confident dog who can show her the way. Initially, bigger dogs intimidate her and she prefers smaller dogs, but with the proper introduction, she should be fine. Willow has so much potential to be somebody's perfect girl. If you are interested in fostering or adopting her, please contact email@example.com.

Please check our website for the next adoption event!
All of our amazing dogs are fully vetted, fixed, vaccinated and microchipped prior to adoption. They are then fostered by one of our experienced foster volunteers, who are able to assess temperament and personality and begin any necessary training. An adoption application, adoption fee, and home check are required for adoption.
Not 100% certain whether you're ready to commit to pet ownership? Consider fostering one of our amazing dogs. It is a crucial piece of the rescue process, and you can play a huge part in saving a dog's life, all the while deciding if that dog, or any dog, is the right fit for your lifestyle! If you know you can't be a forever owner but want to help out and get a little puppy love in return, this may be just the thing for you!
All supplies, food and veterinary care are provided to the foster by the rescue. No costs involved to you - just provide a safe and loving environment and we will do the rest! Fostering can be as short- or long-term as you would like, and we can place dogs with you that are conducive to your lifestyle and preferences (small, large, hypoallergenic, etc.)
