Natasha has just recently arrived in her new foster home. Her foster family is already falling in love with her! Natasha is very sweet and affectionate, and gives lots of kisses. She likes to stay right beside her foster mom. She has a large canine foster brother, and loves to play with him. Her foster family says she rides well in the car, and is house trained and crate trained. Miss Natasha is quite the Diva, and would love to be queen of the world. She gets along with other large dogs if her person knows how to be a strong pack leader, and expects Natasha to be respectful of the other resident dogs. She would be perfectly happy to be the only dog in the family, as as she loves to be the center of attention and have her person all to herself. She doesn't seem to have had any formal training, so she will need regular practice in order to develop into the delightful and well behaved young lady that her foster family knows she can be. Gorgeous Natasha is a happy and confident young girl. In the right environment, she will be an intelligent and loving protector and companion, and a wonderful member of the family.

Greater Houston German Shepherd Dog Rescue
GHGSDR volunteers are dedicated to saving as many German Shepherds in the Greater Houston Metro area as humanly possible - based on current resources of available foster homes, the rate at which we can find suitably matched adoptive homes, and of course, financial resources for veterinary care.
GHGSDR Shepherds mostly come from animal shelters where they are awaiting euthanasia. All of these Shepherd Dogs need loving, forever homes and families to call their own. We have several GSDs available for adoption and we regularly take in more Shepherds under our wings and into our Rescue Program, increasing the numbers of dogs available for adoption. Whenever we can, we also work with other dog rescue groups in Texas and nationwide to help ensure the safety and security of these wonderful animals.
