FemaleDomestic Shorthair

Diamond is a beautiful sleek black cat with a little bit of white on her chest, like a diamond necklace.  She is very petite, though full grown.  Diamond is an extremely sweet, good natured cat.  She is easy going, patient and loving.  She is for the most part a very calm quiet cat though she still has moments of being a playful kitten, especially if there is a toy involved.  Her favorite is the laser pointer.

Diamond loves to greet her person in the morning with loud purring.  In fact, she purrs most of the time!  Just look at her and she will start to purr!  She is not crazy about being held but she would never hiss or scratch over her displeasure.  She prefers to sit next to you and sleep curled against your side.  She doesn't mind being on her own and is quite content to have a comfy place to just relax.  We think she would also do well in a home as the only cat, though she doesn't mind dogs. She is very shy at first but give her time to get acclimated and she will be a wonderful companion.  She is approximately 5 years old.

If you want to meet Diamond, please submit an application on our website: application.

And if you can't adopt but would like to help, fostering is always an option! Either fostering Diamond or one (or more) of our other irresistibly cute feline companions.
