About Scout

Scout had a rough life on the streets of Jourdanton before coming to Wayward Whiskers. He was covered in sarcoptic mange and scars from fighting to survive, and he tested positive for FIV. However, under all that tough exterior was a big softie that adores people and loves to be loved on! Scout has finished his treatment for mange and has made a full recovery, but he's still pretty beat up looking. He is looking for someone to see past his rough and tumble exterior and see the sweetheart that he truly is.

Scout gets along with other cats but would prefer to be the center of your world and not have to share with anyone else. We believe he is about 5 years old. He is loving and would make a wonderful addition to your family! He's neutered, vaccinated and chipped. His adoption fee is $35.

Adoption process: Please submit an adoption application located at We will review it and contact you as soon as possible to set up a meet greet.
