Adopt ZEUS

Male Labrador Retriever /Border Collie

About

Hi my name is Zeus and I am a 9 year 9 m0nth old, 62 lb, Labrador Retriever / Border Collie mix who is looking for my fur-ever home. I came into the Lake County Animal Control Shelter as a stray and was adopted out by an organization called "Leash" that helps place the Lake County shelter dogs into homes. The only problem was the family I was placed with wanted a small breed dog and I definitely am not that and was not a good match for the family who adopted me. The family surrendered me back into the shelter and all of a sudden I was facing euthanasia. Then Paws 4 Humanity Inc came through for me and another sweet dog named Ginger, and the next thing I knew we were both on a transport up to Jacksonville, FL.

I am one sweet boy and a hunk of hunk of burning love as I love to be with my people. I am crate trained, house trained and know some of my obedience commands, sit, stay and come when called. I enjoy running playing in a fenced in yard but at the same time like my quiet time with my family. I am one sweet boy and my foster mom says that I am one smart boy who learns quickly. I enjoy playing with other dogs and children but will need to stay clear of cats as I like to chase them too much.

If you are looking for one great family dog, a sweet boy, and loyal companion and family member then I am your man. What are you waiting for? Please contact Paws 4 Humanity Inc at 904 771-9516 or Please pick up the phone and call Paws 4 Humanity Inc at 904 771-9516 or shoot them an email to paws4humanity@att.net to request an adoption application, which is the first step in the adoption process. Once your adoption application is approved you will then be able to meet the most yours truly where my sweet and teddy bear personality and handsome good looks will tug at your heartstrings where you can not help but want to take me home fur-ever! Love and kisses - Zeus.
